Elevate Performance Coaching was founded in 2019 with a simple goal: to create a place where athletes could train with purpose, learn from one another, and enjoy the journey of endurance sports together.
What started as a small coaching community has grown into one of Singapore’s most active triathlon and endurance coaching teams. Our culture is built on consistency, support, and a genuine passion for helping athletes become better versions of themselves, whether they are preparing for their first race or chasing personal bests on the world stage.
Today, Elevate brings athletes together through weekly swim, bike, and run sessions, monthly open water swim gatherings, annual triathlon clinics, and overseas training camps. These experiences go beyond training, creating opportunities to learn, challenge ourselves, and build lasting friendships within the community.
At Elevate, we believe endurance sport is about more than finish times. It is about showing up, supporting one another, embracing the process, and celebrating every milestone along the way. Together, we train, race, and grow stronger.
