Terms and conditions
By entering the giveaway described below (as “Giveaway”) you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
1. Promoter:
The promoter of this Giveaway is PTO Commercial LLC, located at One Canada Square, London E14 5AB
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, those living in the same household of employees and anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate in the competition. All race entry tickets are subject to the organiser’s T&C’s.
3. Entry Period:
The Giveaway entry period will run from 00:01 (BST) on November 26th to 23:59 (BST) on December 14th (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete the fill out all details on the registration form on the T100 Website; All participants must be aged 18 or over to enter and win one of the prizes.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
5. Prize Details:
The prize list includes:
1x Canyon Bike
10 x Complimentary entries to Challenge Roth 2025
10x Complimentary entries to a T100 Event in 2025
3x Complimentary entries to the 2025 TCS London Marathon
2x Entries to the Lake Las Vegas T100 2025, including hotel stay, VIP Access and a bespoke Q&A Session with a T100 contracted professional athlete. A £200 online credit voucher for the T100 Pressio Merchandise store.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email within 21 days of the Giveaway closing.
The winner must claim the prize by responding to the notification email within 7 days of the prize drawn. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, another winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.
7. Prize Claim Requirements:
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The winner must comply with any requirements specified by the Promoter to claim the prize.
8. Privacy Policy:
Information submitted as part of the entry process will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available on the T100 website.
9. General:
Entry into the Giveaway means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the competition at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
The promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.
This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
