By entering the Escape To San Francisco Ballot described below (as “Ballot”) you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. Promoter: The promoter of this Ballot is PTO Commercial LLC, located at One Canada Square, London E14 5AB

2. Eligibility

The Ballot is open to those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, those living in the same household of employees and anyone professionally connected with the Ballot are not eligible to participate in the competition. All race entry tickets are subject to the organiser’s T&C’s. 3. Entry Period:

The Ballot entry period will run from 12:00pm (PDT) on April 22nd to 11:59am (PDT) on April 24th 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must complete and fill out all details on the registration form on the T100 Website; All participants must be aged 18 or over to enter and win ballot access to purchase one of the packages.

By entering the Ballot, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

5. Ballot Details:
Opportunity to purchase:

1x Race entry to 2025 Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon including booking fee [total value $862.11 USD] 

1x Race entry to 2025 T100 Lake Las Vegas excluding booking fee [total value $450 USD + booking fee]

6. Ballot Winner Selection and Notification:

A total of fifty (50) ballot winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The ballot winners will be notified by email by 9:00am PDT on April 25th 2025 for same day purchase. Receiving a ballot entry does not guarantee a ticket, with ticket purchase on a first come first served basis. If you do not receive an email as of the above date and time, and there are any remaining spots, these will be made available for general sale on April 28th at 9am PDT. All sales will close as of 11.59pm PDT on the 30th of April 2025. 

7. Ballot Claim Requirements:
The ballot is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The ballot winner must comply with any requirements specified by the Promoter to claim the prize.

8. Privacy Policy:
Information submitted as part of the entry process will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available on the T100 website.

9. General:
Entry into the Ballot means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the ballot at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

The promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of the ballot entry.

The Americas Tour package is subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.

This ballot is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
