All the key information you need to know about the T100 Age-Group World Championships.
How do i qualify?
Athletes can qualify by finishing in the Top 10 of their specific Age-Group and gender at any T100 mass participation race or through their National Federations selection process. Athlete who finish in the Top 10 will need to receive National Federation endorsement to finalise their entry.
Will places roll-down?
Places are only available to athletes who finish in the Top 10 in their Age-Group. There will be no roll downs should athletes not claim their place.
What happens when I Qualify
Athletes will be notified no later than 28 days after the event that they have qualified. Athletes must then seek endorsement from their National Federation and wear their national race suit in order to race. If qualifying through a T100 result, athletes must accept, decline or defer by 31st October 2026.
What are the race rules?
The 2026 T100 Triathlon Age-Group World Championships Qatar will be conducted as per the rules applied in any World Triathlon World Championships. As such, National Uniform and race suit will be mandatory for athletes competing in the World Championships race. All approved National Federation Age-Group Uniforms can be found HERE.
Can I defer my entry?
If you wish to defer your invitation to 2027, please register for the event, and contact PTO at [email protected] with your booking reference and written intent to defer.
