Course Maps
The Swim
The London T100 Triathlon is set to take place in the iconic Royal Victoria Docks, a venue known for its rich maritime history and striking urban landscape. 2x 1000m laps make up the 2km total with an Australian exit halfway to get a glimpse of the race dynamics. Then the athletes will sprint up and inside the ExCeL centre to tackle T1.
Spectators can get close to the action from the walkway outside ExCeL or from the Royal Victoria Dock footbridge.
The Bike
After rolling out of transition in ExCeL, the London T100 Triathlon pro bike course features 8x 10km laps, heading west along the Thames to a turnaround across the river from the O2 Arena. Then it’s back past ExCeL and eastwards to a second roundabout providing a 180° turn. This urban course in the heart of London features around 350m of elevation change, so is likely to offer a fast, smooth ride for the pros.
The Run
The London T100 Triathlon’s run course will take the pro athletes alongside the Royal Victoria and Royal Albert Docks, close to the ExCeL Centre. 6x 3km laps will mean plenty of opportunity for spectators to see the race unfold from the sidelines. At the end of the final lap, the athletes make their way back up into ExCeL for a unique indoor finish where the London T100 champion will be crowned.
