Refund Policy
GENERAL REFUNDS
- 50% refund until 30 days prior to race day (request in writing)
- 25% up to 7 days prior to race day (request in writing)
- No refund after 7 days prior to race day
- Relay team member changes permitted (one free change, thereafter $22 fee per change)
- Transfer from Individual entry to Team Relay entry permitted (one free change, thereafter $22 fee per change)
- Transfer from Team Relay to Individual entry permitted (one free change, thereafter $22 fee per change)
- Change from Triathlon to Duathlon permitted (no charge and no refund of the entry fee difference)
- Change from Duathlon to Triathlon not permitted (unless space available – race fee upgrade payable)
*Deadline for changes (point 4 to point 8) 21 days prior to race day.
SWIM VALIDATION ISSUES
- If you haven’t submitted your swim proof by 23:59 SST on 17 March 2024 (we’ll send you a reminder via email!), you will have your race entry transferred to a duathlon-format event.
- If you’ve submitted incorrect swim proof documents (document is not valid or is missing information) and you have not corrected the issue by re-submitting valid documents before 23:59 SST on 17 March 2024, you will have your race entry transferred to a duathlon-format event. We will send you a reminder prior to this date to correct the issue.
