Every April in Singapore, thousands watch athletes swim through Marina Bay, cycle over the Sheares Bridge and cross the iconic T100 finish line. Many think, “I’d love to do that one day.” The good news? That day could be much closer than you think.
With the excitement around triathlon growing, it may look like a sport reserved for elite athletes and the exceptionally fit, but every athlete started exactly where you are now: wondering if they were capable of making it to the finish line.
With time and commitment, completing a triathlon can be a realistic goal. Whether it is to complete your first Sprint triathlon or taking on the challenge of the full T100 distance. You don’t need years of experience or elite fitness to begin. Nor do you need expensive gear or natural talent. In reality, simply showing up and being consistent matters most.
Training for a triathlon in Singapore is about more than just completing workouts. It’s learning to manage the heat and humidity, building confidence in open water, discovering the local routes and most importantly, finding a community that matches your goals.
Whether you’re taking your very first steps into triathlon, looking to experience open water swimming for the first time, or you’re a seasoned athlete wanting to build your community, the T100 Community Sessions offer something for everyone.
Join like-minded athletes, learn from experienced coaches and community leaders, and build confidence in a fun and supportive environment. All sessions are open to everyone, with multiple groups catering to all abilities and experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned triathletes.

As your confidence grows, you’ll naturally begin to discover Singapore’s vibrant triathlon club culture. Choosing the right club isn’t about finding the fastest athletes. It’s about finding a coaching style, training schedule and community that matches your goals. The T100 Club Alliance makes that easier by connecting you with trusted clubs, coaches and specialists who can support every stage of your journey.

Triathlon is about discovering you’re capable of more than you thought possible. Every swim, ride, run, and training session becomes part of that story. The journey doesn’t just begin on race day. It begins with the decision to start. And perhaps by the next edition of the Singapore T100 Triathlon, instead of watching from the sidelines, you’ll be an inspiration standing on the T100 start line.
