T100 Competition Terms & Conditions

GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By completing the survey described below (as “Survey”) you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. PROMOTER

The promoter of this Social Media Giveaway is PTO Commercial LLC, located at One Canada Square, London E14 5AB

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Survey is open to those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, those living in the same household of employees and anyone professionally connected with the Survey are not eligible to participate in the competition.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Survey will run in 2026 from 00:01 (AEST) on March 25th to 23:59 (AEST) on April 8th (the “Entry Period”). 

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete the survey form sent to them via email.

By entering the survey, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

The prize list includes:

First Prize: 1 x T100 Merch Store voucher worth `£100 GBP*
Second Prize: 2 x T100 Merch Store voucher worth £50 GBP*

*Prize values are listed in GBP as they reflect the product value displayed on the official website; local currency equivalents may vary.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the Survey closing.
The winner must claim the prize by responding to the notification email within 7 days of the prize draw. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, another winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.

7. PRIZE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The winner must comply with any requirements specified by the Promoter to claim the prize.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Information submitted as part of the entry process will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available on the T100 website.

9. GENERAL

Entry into the Social Media Giveaway means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the competition at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

The promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
