T100 Competition Terms & Conditions

GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the competition described below (as “Competition”) you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. PROMOTER

The promoter of this Social Media Giveaway is PTO Commercial LLC, located at One Canada Square, London E14 5AB

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Competition is open to schools  directly contacted by the PTO via email, who will  receive a unique referral code.

Anyone that purchases an entry to the ‘Kick-Off Run’ using the schools referral code will be eligible. 

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The competition will run from 00:01 (BST) on October 24th  to 23:59 (BST) on December 1st (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, schools must share their unique referral code with their community and they should sign up to the ‘Qatar T100 Kick-Off Run ’ with their referral code.

A sign up must feature the unique referral code within their registration in order to count.

By participants entering the referral code, schools agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

The prize list includes:

An in-person visit from two contracted T100 Professional Athletes to the winning school in the week of the T100 Qatar Pro race, and,

20 Free tickets to the kick-off run.

* All prizes are non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered. Free tickets are for personal use only by the winning school’s students, staff, or associated community and must not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Any breach of this condition may result in the forfeiture of the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winning school is the school that records the most sign ups through their referral code, tracked via the PTO entry platform, Njuko.

In the event of a tie, where two or more schools record the same number of valid sign-ups, the winner will be the school whose final qualifying sign-up was received first chronologically according to the Njuko platform records.

The winner will be notified by email.

7. PRIZE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The winner must comply with any requirements specified by the Promoter to claim the prize.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Information submitted as part of the entry process will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available on the T100 website.

9. GENERAL

Entry into the Social Media Giveaway means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the competition at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

The promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
