T100 Triathlon Strava Club - Summer Competition
GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the T100 Triathlon Strava Club – Summer Competition described below (as “Competition”) you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
This competition is independently organised by T100 Triathlon. Strava is used solely as the activity tracking platform and is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for the administration of this competition.

1. PROMOTER
The promoter of this Competition is PTO Commercial Ltd, located at One Canada Square, London E14 5AA
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry who join the T100 Triathlon Strava Club and upload eligible swim, bike or run activities to their Strava account between 6 July 2026 and 4 October 2026 (inclusive). Activities must be visible within the T100 Triathlon Strava Club during the Competition Period to be eligible. Entrants must ensure their individual Strava profile and activity privacy settings are set to “Everyone”. Activities set to “Followers Only” or “Only You” will not register on the public T100 Triathlon Strava Club leaderboard and cannot be counted toward eligibility.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, members of their households, and anyone otherwise professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of qualifying activities at any time.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Competition will run in 2026 from 12:00 (BST) on July 6 to 23:59 (BST) on October 4th (the “Entry Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must:
- Follow the official T100 Triathlon Strava account.
- Join the official T100 Triathlon Strava Club – Summer Competition.
- Upload eligible swim, bike or run activities to their Strava account during the Competition Period.
- Activities must be visible within the T100 Triathlon Strava Club during the Competition Period to be eligible. Entrants must ensure their individual Strava profile and activity privacy settings are set to “Everyone”. Activities set to “Followers Only” or “Only You” will not register on the public T100 Triathlon Strava Club leaderboard and cannot be counted toward eligibility.
The Competition will feature three monthly prize draws:
- July Prize Period 1: 6 July to 26 July 2026
- July Prize Period 2: TBC
- August Prize Period: TBC
- September Prize Period: TBC
Because Strava native club leaderboards reset weekly on Sundays at 23:59 (BST), throughout each monthly prize period, the Promoter will record official Top 10 data snapshots of Participants who are in the top-10 on the T100 Triathlon Strava Club leaderboard (ranked by total move time) at the end of each weekly cycle. These snapshots will be aggregated into the Final Eligible Pool, from which one winner will be selected at random.
By participating in the Competition, Entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE DETAILS
The Competition will feature three monthly prize draws during July, August and September 2026. The prize for each monthly draw is published in Section 10 (Current Monthly Prize), which will be updated at the commencement of each monthly prize period.
The prize available for each monthly prize draw will be announced by the Promoter at the commencement of the relevant monthly prize period. Prize details, including the approximate recommended retail value (RRP), will be published via the T100 Triathlon Strava Club and/or the Promoter’s official communication channels.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Prize fulfilment is subject to the applicable supplier’s fulfilment, shipping and delivery terms and conditions. Regional shipping restrictions or other supplier limitations may apply. Where a prize cannot reasonably be shipped or supplied to a winner in their country of residence, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One winner will be selected at random from the Final Eligible Pool for each monthly prize draw.
Winners will be notified via the direct message to their Strava account (or another contact method provided to the Promoter) within five (5) business days of the relevant monthly prize draw closing.
Each winner must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible participants.
7. PRIZE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
Winners must provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoter to facilitate prize fulfilment, including a valid delivery address where applicable.
Acceptance and delivery of prizes are subject to the relevant supplier’s shipping policies, delivery availability and any applicable regional restrictions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility where a prize cannot be fulfilled due to supplier restrictions, import regulations or shipping limitations outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
Information submitted as part of the entry process will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available on the T100 website.
9. GENERAL
Entry into the Competition means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Competition at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
The Promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Competition or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to the Entrant. Entrants are responsible for any personal tax liability arising from the acceptance of a Prize.
This Competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. CURRENT MONTHLY PRIZE
The prize applicable to the current monthly prize draw is detailed below.
Current Prize Period: July Prize 1
Prize: Two (2) race entry tickets to a T100 Triathlon event in the 2027 T100 Triathlon World Tour, owned and operated by the Promoter.
There will be one (1) prize winner. The winner will receive two (2) race entry tickets to the same eligible T100 Triathlon event of their choice, subject to event availability and entry capacity.
The prize includes race entry only. All other costs associated with attending the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, visas, insurance, meals, transfers and any other incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their chosen guest.
The prize is subject to the applicable event entry terms and conditions. Entry is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged for any other prize.
This section will be updated at the commencement of each monthly prize period to reflect the prize applicable to that month’s draw.
Sigma Sports x T100 Hampton Wick Social Ride - Prize Draw
PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the Sigma Sports x T100 Hampton Wick Social Ride Prize Draw described below (the “Competition”) you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Sigma Sports x T100 Hampton Wick Social Ride (the “Ride”) taking place on Sunday 19 July 2026 is independently organised by Sigma Sports. T100 Triathlon supplies the Prize described below and acts as Promoter of the Competition only, and is not responsible for the organisation, management or supervision of the Ride itself.
1. PROMOTER
The promoter of this Competition is PTO Commercial Ltd, located at One Canada Square, London E14 5AA (the “Promoter”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who register for and take part in the Ride on Sunday 19 July 2026. Entrants must be present and participating in the Ride to be eligible for the prize draw.
Employees of the Promoter and of Sigma Sports, their immediate family members, members of their households, and anyone otherwise professionally connected with the organisation of the Ride or the Competition are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants at any time.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries are accepted from the point of registration for the Ride up to and including participation in the Ride on Sunday 19 July 2026 (the “Entry Period”). The winner will be selected and announced on the day of the Ride.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase, payment or separate entry action is required beyond registering for and taking part in the Ride. All riders who take part in the Ride will be automatically entered into the Competition. No alternative method of entry is available or necessary.
5. PRIZE DETAILS
There is one (1) prize available: a complimentary race entry to the Olympic Docklands Triathlon at London T100 2026 on the 25th July 2026 (the “Prize”), supplied by the Promoter.
The Prize has no cash alternative. The winner may take up the Prize themselves, or transfer it to a friend or family member, provided the recipient meets the entry requirements, qualifying criteria and terms and conditions of the Olympic Docklands Triathlon, and provided the transfer is notified to and confirmed by Sigma Sports in advance.
The Prize includes race entry only. All other costs associated with taking part, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, race kit, insurance and any other incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner (or transferee).
The Prize is subject to the applicable event entry terms and conditions of the Olympic Docklands Triathlon and to entry capacity and availability.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One winner will be selected at random from among all riders who take part in the Ride. Selection is administered by Sigma Sports on behalf of the Promoter, and the winner will be announced on the day of the Ride.
The winner (or their nominated transferee) must provide the information necessary to complete registration for the Olympic Docklands Triathlon within 7 days of notification. If the winner does not respond or claim the Prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entrants.
7. PRIZE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
Winners must provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoter or Sigma Sports to facilitate entry into the Olympic Docklands Triathlon.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility where the Prize cannot be fulfilled due to the winner (or transferee) failing to meet the eligibility or entry requirements of the Olympic Docklands Triathlon.
