iNDIVIDUAL triathlon
Take on the 100km distance: 2km swim, 80km bike and 18km run or choose from one of our other event distances – all with famous London landmarks as the backdrop to your race.
Team Relay
Take on the Olympic and Sprint races as part of a team. Challenge yourself and bond with your teammates while creating unforgettable memories in one of the world’s most iconic locations!

The Swim
The London T100 Triathlon is set to take place in the iconic Royal Victoria Docks, a venue known for its rich maritime history and striking urban landscape.
The Bike
The London T100 Triathlon bike course offers a dynamic and scenic ride through some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. For sprint and super sprint athletes, the cycling route loops around the vibrant Docklands area, providing a fast and exciting urban course.
Olympic and T100 athletes will head out towards Big Ben. This extended route takes them past several of London’s most famous sites, including the London Eye, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London.
This diverse course not only challenges athletes with its urban terrain but also offers breathtaking views of the city’s historical and cultural landmarks, creating a truly unforgettable cycling experience.
The Run
The London T100 Triathlon’s run course will take athletes alongside the scenic Royal Victoria Docks, close to the ExCeL Centre. This route offers participants a picturesque and invigorating experience, with stunning views of the water and the iconic London skyline. The course is designed to be flat and fast, ideal for both competitive runners and those looking to enjoy the unique atmosphere of this urban venue. Runners will benefit from the well-maintained paths and the enthusiastic support of spectators, ensuring a memorable and motivating end to the triathlon.
The run course will vary depending on the competition you are entered into. All T100 participants will complete 6 laps of the 3km course.
For all other distances the course is 2.5km in length. Olympic distance participants will complete 4 laps, Sprint participants will complete 2 laps, and Super Sprint will complete 1 lap.
