Refunds, Cancellations & Changing Your Race Distance
GENERAL REFUNDS
T100 Triathlon Amateur Participation Events
We understand that sometimes things just don’t go to plan! That’s why we have an industry leading refund policy to help you feel confident in signing up for our events.
- 50% refund until 90 days prior to race day
- 25% up to 30 days prior to race day
- No refund after 30 days prior to race day
All refunds exclude the 4.99% booking fee charged during registration.
Refund Protect
Each entry has the option to purchase a Refundable Registration.* This entitles athletes to a 100% refund if they cannot attend the event. Full list of reasons and conditions can be found here. This can only be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be purchased at a later date.

Requesting A refund or cancellation
How To Request A Refund or Cancellation
You can request a cancellation and refund directly through your Race Dashboard by following these steps:
- Head to your race dashboard – you can find the link to this in your race confirmation email
- Scroll down to the ‘Registration Cancellation Request’ section
- Read the terms and provide a reason for cancellation
- Select ‘Submit Cancellation Request’
- Confirmation – once our team has processed this, you’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund as per our policy
All refunds exclude the 4.99% booking fee charged during registration.

CHANGING YOUR RACE DISTANCE
How To Change Your Race Distance
Thinking of upgrading to the 100km Triathlon, or prefer to test your speed on a shorter course? You have the flexibility of transferring race distances within your event.
You can update your race distance directly through your Race Dashboard by following these simple steps:
- Head to your Race Dashboard – you can find the link to this in your race confirmation email
- Scroll down to the ‘Change Your Race Distance’ section
- Select your new distance – choose the race you would like to transfer into and click ‘Change Your Race Distance’
- Complete the form – provide any required information and review any additional costs (if applicable)
- Confirmation – once complete, you’ll receive an email confirming the change
Join the race
All T100 Triathlon events are qualifiers for the Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championships.
