Race through one of Vancouver’s most scenic courses! Starting and finishing at Locarno Beach, next to Jericho Sailing Club, participants will loop around Jericho Beach Park along the stunning shores of Spanish Banks. Enjoy breathtaking ocean, mountain, and city views at every stage of the race!

WHEN IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?
The Vancouver T100 Triathlon will take place over 15-16 August 2026.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RACE PACK?
You may collect your race pack in the two days before the event from the registration area. Location and timings are to be confirmed.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO COLLECT MY RACE PACK?
When you arrive to collect your race pack you must bring with you the following items:
- Photo ID
- QR Code (This will be emailed to you in the week leading up to the event and is also available in your confirmation email)
- Provincial Triathlon License (if applicable)
when will i pick up my timing chip?
Timing chips will be allocated at the registration tent when you collect your race pack.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO RACK MY BIKE?
You must rack your bike the day before the race.
You must have your wristband and helmet on, and stickers attached when you check in your bike.
WILL THERE BE A BIKE MECHANIC SERVICE AVAILABLE ON-SITE?
Yes, there will be mechanics available on race day for last-minute issues. However, please ensure your bike is in good working condition prior to attending the race.
DO I NEED A WETSUIT?
Current regulations on wetsuit permission is based on the water temperature being:
Mandatory use of wetsuit if the water is less than 16 degree celsius
Optional use of wetsuit if the water is between 16 to 24.6 degrees celsius
Based on historical records it is likely to be a wetsuit swim. However, please note that the official water temperature is taken 1 hour before the race start.
CAN I WEAR A NEOPRENE CAP & BOOTIES?
If wetsuits are permitted, you will be allowed to wear a neoprene cap. If it is a wetsuit mandatory swim, socks/booties can be worn. The official water temperate is taken 1 hour before the race start.
WHERE IS THE SWIM START LOCATION?
The swim start will take place by Locarno Beach (Jericho Sailing Centre).
WHAT TIME IS MY RACE START?
Start times are to be confirmed.

CAN I DRAFT DURING THE CYCLING LEG?
No drafting is allowed i.e. taking shelter behind or beside another competitor during the cycling leg of the race.
IS THE SWIM A MASS OR PULSE START?
The swim will be a rolling start with participants setting off approximately every couple of seconds. The swim start will be self seeding so please pick a swim group that matches your expected swim time.
IS THIS A QUALIFIER FOR THE T100 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS?
Yes, the 100km distance triathlon is a qualifier for the Qatar T100 World Championships 2026.
WHEN & WHERE IS THE 2026 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2026 T100 Triathlon World Championships will take place in Qatar in December 2026.
HOW DO I QUALIFY?
Athletes can qualify by finishing in the Top 10 of their specific Age-Group and gender in the 100km Triathlon.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I QUALIFY?
Athletes will be notified no later than 28 days after the event that they have qualified. Athletes must then seek endorsement from their National Federation and wear their national race suit in order to race.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY POST RACE RESULTS & IMAGES?
All of your race results and photos will be available shortly after on our website HERE. Finisher Pictures are currently only available to 100km participants.

The Bike
The Vancouver T100 100km bike course takes athletes on four scenic laps past the golden sands of Spanish Banks, with the vast ocean stretching endlessly beside you.
The course then climbs toward the prestigious University of British Columbia, offering sweeping panoramic views before a thrilling descent back toward the coast. This ride offers the perfect mix of speed, elevation, and breathtaking scenery, making it both a thrilling and stunning ride.
Run (18km) - TBC

The Vancouver T100 100km run course consists of three fast and scenic out-and-back stretch along the beach pathways with sweeping ocean and city skyline views.
Runners will complete this loop three times, enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and the lively energy of the course.
