The Swim
The French Riviera T100 swim course is a 2km ocean swim set at Base Nature Plage in Fréjus, offering a stunning single-loop route through the clear, calm waters of the Mediterranean.
Starting with a beach entry, athletes follow a well-marked triangular path out into the bay and back, guided by bright buoys and supported by on-water safety teams. With typically mild water conditions, excellent visibility, and a sheltered coastline, this fast and scenic course delivers an unforgettable open-water experience on one of the Riviera’s most picturesque beaches.

The Bike
The French Riviera T100 bike course offers athletes a breathtaking journey through one of the most scenic cycling routes in the world.
This stunning single-lap, 80km route rides along the iconic Corniche d’Or near Saint-Raphaël, showcasing sweeping views of the Mediterranean framed by the striking red cliffs of the Estérel massif. Riders will climb the picturesque Col du Testanier—renowned for its panoramic vistas—before descending through charming coastal roads and returning via the beautiful Saint-Aygulf shoreline. It’s a course that blends natural beauty with thrilling terrain for an unforgettable experience.

The Run
The run course of the French Riviera T100 takes place entirely within the scenic Base Nature François Léotard in Fréjus, offering a flat, fast, and spectator-friendly route.
Athletes will cover multiple laps on a mix of paved paths and compact gravel trails, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and open coastal views. The wide, open layout of the park ensures smooth navigation and plenty of space, while the proximity to the sea provides a refreshing breeze and a vibrant race atmosphere. With minimal elevation and excellent visibility, it’s an ideal course for strong pacing and exciting finishes.

The French Riviera T100 Olympic swim course is a 1.5km ocean swim set at Base Nature Plage in Fréjus, offering a stunning single-loop route through the clear, calm waters of the Mediterranean.
Starting with a beach entry, athletes follow a well-marked triangular path out into the bay and back, guided by bright buoys and supported by on-water safety teams. The Bike
The 40km bike course of the French Riviera T100 Olympic Triathlon is a scenic 2-loop course that starts and finishes at Base Nature François Léotard in Fréjus, combining coastal speed with inland elevation. Riders head out of Fréjus toward Collet Redon, tackling steady climbs and smooth descents before looping back along the stunning Saint-Aygulf coastline. With around 150–200m of total elevation, the course offers a balanced challenge of endurance and speed, featuring sweeping sea views, fast flats, and well-paved roads that make for an unforgettable ride through the heart of the Côte d’Azur.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RACE PACK?
You may collect your race pack in the days before the event from Base Nature François Léotard, Fréjus. Exact timings will be confirmed as soon as possible
WHAT WILL I NEED TO COLLECT MY RACE PACK?
When you arrive to collect your race pack you must bring with you the following items:
- Photo ID
- QR Code (This will be emailed to you in the week leading up to the event and is also available in your confirmation email)
- Triathlon Federation License (if applicable)
WHEN DO I HAVE TO RACK MY BIKE?
You must rack your bike the day before the race. The exact time is to be confirmed.
WILL THERE BE A BIKE MECHANIC SERVICE AVAILABLE ON-SITE?
Yes, there will be mechanics available on race day for last-minute issues. However, please ensure your bike is in good working condition prior to attending the race. You can also book in for a mechanic service here.
WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME?
There is a 1 hour 5 minute cut off time
Can i rent a bike?
No bike? No problem! We’ve partnered with The Bike Rental Company to provide high-quality bike rentals conveniently available on-site. Reserve your bike in advance and pick it up directly at the event village, ensuring a hassle-free experience so you can focus on your race.

DO I NEED A WETSUIT?
Current regulations on wetsuit permission is based on the water temperature being:
Mandatory use of wetsuit if the water is less than 16 degree celsius
Optional use of wetsuit if the water is between 16 to 24.6 degrees celsius
Based on historical records it is likely to be a wetsuit optional swim. However, please note that the official water temperature is taken 1 hour before the race start.

The swim start will take place by Plage de la Base Nature, Base Nature François Léotard, Fréjus

CAN I DRAFT DURING THE CYCLING LEG?
No drafting is allowed i.e. taking shelter behind or beside another competitor during the cycling leg of the race.
IS THE SWIM A MASS OR Rolling START?
The swim will be a rolling/pulse start with participants setting off approximately every couple of seconds.

WHY SHOULD I VOLUNTEER?
Taking part as a volunteer means helping to promote our region and triathlon. It also means playing an essential role in the success of the event, by welcoming the public, supporting participants and ensuring the smooth running of activities.
Volunteers are an integral part of the organizing team of AMSLF, the event’s co-organizer (Association Multi Sports et Loisirs de Fréjus / www.amslfrejus.com).
It’s also a great time ahead, with volunteer evenings starting in June, meetings with top athletes, volunteer mentoring and lots of other surprises.
We can’t wait to count you in to make this event a memorable success!

WHAT ROLES ARE AVAILABLE?
You’ll be able to choose your missions according to your desires, your availability, your age or your abilities. Over 50 missions are available.
Come and discover them on June 6 at 6:30 pm during the volunteer information meeting at the Villa Aurélienne.
By way of example, here are some of the tasks for which your help would be invaluable:

WHO CAN BECOME A VOLUNTEER?
Anyone! Whether you’re an individual, a club or an association…. Join us for a sporting weekend full of excitement and conviviality!
The volunteer program is open to people aged 12 and over.
If you’re between 16 and 18, you’ll be part of a daytime team. All you need is parental consent, and your assignments will be adapted to your needs.
If you’re under 16, that’s possible too. The only additional condition is that your legal guardian must be present at the event.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS FOR VOLUNTEERS?
You’ll receive a textile kit so you can be identified at the event.
In addition to a unique human and cultural experience, we organize events starting in June. These friendly gatherings are an opportunity to get to know each other, give you all the information you need, meet professional triathletes… and give the undecided a behind-the-scenes look at the organization.
IS ACCOMMODATION TAKEN CARE OF?
No. Only travel related to your mission is covered if you have to pay in advance or if you use your own vehicle.
IS TRANSPORTATION COVERED?
No, but we can put you in touch with other welcoming volunteers. Just let us know in the questionnaire.
