The Swim
The Vancouver T100 100km Triathlon kicks off with a thrilling two-lap swim in the refreshing waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Athletes will experience the excitement of an Aussie exit, emerging from the water after their first lap to a surge of crowd energy before diving back in to conquer their second lap.
Bike (80km)
The Bike
New for 2025 will be a 80km bike route that takes in America’s first National Recreation Area at Lake Mead, a year-round national park offering a unique blend of natural beauty and historical significance. Amateurs doing the 100km triathlon (2km swim, 80km bike, 18km run) will do a single loop, out and back course, that will include a special tour of mountains, canyons and valleys around Lake Mead – the US’s largest reservoir, which was formed by the Hoover Dam on the Colorado River.

The Run
The Lake Las Vegas T100 run course features three scenic 6km laps around the lush grounds of Reflection Bay Golf Club. Each lap winds along smooth cart paths with gentle climbs, fast stretches, and stunning views of the lake and desert mountains.
Athletes will soak in the quiet beauty of the course while staying focused through subtle elevation shifts. The race finishes in dramatic fashion on the 18th hole, right by the water’s edge—a perfect end to a challenging and inspiring run.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RACE PACK?
You may collect your race pack in the days before the event. Exact timings will be confirmed as soon as possible
WHAT WILL I NEED TO COLLECT MY RACE PACK?
When you arrive to collect your race pack you must bring with you the following items:
- Photo ID
- QR Code (This will be emailed to you in the week leading up to the event and is also available in your confirmation email)
- USA Triathlon License (if applicable)
WHEN DO I HAVE TO RACK MY BIKE?
You must rack your bike the day before the race. The exact time is to be confirmed.
WILL THERE BE A BIKE MECHANIC SERVICE AVAILABLE ON-SITE?
Yes, there will be mechanics available on race day for last-minute issues. However, please ensure your bike is in good working condition prior to attending the race.
WHAT ARE THE CURRENT WETSUIT REGULATIONS?
Current regulations on wetsuit permission is based on the water temperature being:
Mandatory use of wetsuit if the water is less than 16 degree celsius
Optional use of wetsuit if the water is between 16 to 24.6 degrees celsius. Please note that the official water temperature is taken 1 hour before the race start.
WHERE IS THE SWIM START LOCATION?
The swim start will take place by Reflections Bay Golf Course.

CAN I DRAFT DURING THE CYCLING LEG?
No drafting is allowed i.e. taking shelter behind or beside another competitor during the cycling leg of the race.
IS THE SWIM A MASS OR Rolling START?
The swim will be a rolling/pulse start with participants setting off approximately every couple of seconds.
ARE THERE TRAVEL PACKAGES AVAILABLE?
Yes, T100 have partnered with Nirvana to offer you bespoke travel services so you just need to focus on your race! Services include airport transport (bike included), exclusive pre-race tune-ups, event shuttle services and more!
WHAT HOTEL WILL I BE STAYING AT?
By securing a travel packages you will be stating at The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, the Official Headquarters of the T100.
This will place you at the heart of the action—just a stone’s throw from race pack collection, the expo, event village, transition area, and the start line. You’ll also be sharing the space with our professional athletes, guaranteeing you the full T100 experience.
WHAT PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE?
There are four packages available:
1. Race Like a Pro Package
Be treated like a pro with this premium package, which includes priority check-in, exclusive pro meet-and-greet sessions, good luck messages from a professional athlete, a private race briefing, a VIP pass, and more.
2. Race & Stay Package
Includes airport meet and greet, return airport transfers (including bike transport), and additional convenient services to streamline your race weekend.
3. Extended Stay & Sightsee Package
Everything in the Race & Stay package, plus an extra night and a day of local sightseeing organized by the Nirvana team.
4. Accommodation Only Package
Perfect for those who prefer to make their own arrangements. This package provides accommodation without any additional services.
HOW DO I SECURE A HOTEL PACKAGE
You can secure your hotel package when you register through our registration platform. Simply select the package that suits you best and add this to your race entry.
DO I NEED TO PAY UP FRONT?
Only a deposit is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be due to Nirvana 8 weeks before your travel date. All packages include daily resort fees and taxes so there will be no hidden costs upon arrival.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY POST RACE RESULTS & IMAGES?
All of your race results and photos will be available shortly after on our website HERE.
HOW CAN MY FRIENDS & FAMILY KEEP TRACK OF ME?
