We’re excited to return on 25–26 April 2026 for another unforgettable weekend of multisport action in Singapore!

Set against the stunning backdrop of Marina Bay, the Singapore T100 offers a unique opportunity to race through the heart of the city on closed, landmark-filled roads. With both triathlon and duathlon events on offer, there’s a challenge for every athlete, whether you’re chasing a personal best or soaking up the thrill of the race atmosphere alongside thousands of fellow competitors.

The swim criteria for 2026 has been relaxed. Now athletes only have to declare that they have completed at least two (2) open water swim races or events since January 1st 2024 via a checkbox during registration.

WHEN IS THE RACE?

The Singapore T100 will be held on the 25-26 April 2025.

Participants must meet ALL the following criteria in order to race:

  • You must declare that you have completed at least two (2) open water swim races or events since January 1st 2024 via a checkbox during registration.
  • On race day, you must complete the 2000m course in under 1 hour 20 minutes (4 mins 0 secs per 100m). Athletes who fail to do this will be removed from the swim course.

Athletes will need to declare that you have completed at least two (2) open water swim races or events since January 1st 2024  during registration.

All athletes must declare that they have completed two (2) open water swim events or races by 23:59 SST Sunday 16 March 2026 or they will be automatically transferred to the Long Duathlon event and no refunds will be provided.

All athletes who don’t declare that they have completed two (2) open water swim events or races by 23:59 SST Sunday 16 March 2026 will be automatically transferred to the Long Duathlon event and no refunds will be provided.

You do not need to submit a new swim status declaration. If your swim certificate was approved before the new criteria were implemented, it remains valid.

No, there are no pre-requisites required to race in the Duathlon event.

Wetsuits are forbidden.

The course cut-off times for the 2026 100km Triathlon are to be confirmed. Pleas see cut off times from 2025 as a guide. This is based on a 7:00am race start.

● Swim course cut-off: First 200m must be completed in 5 min or less (slower athletes will be removed from the course)
● Bike course cut-off 13:10 (Athletes are not allowed to start a new lap after 12:30)
● Run course cut-off 15:10 (Athletes are not allowed to start another lap after 14:45)

100 km Triathlon - COURSE

Swim (2km)

You’ll start with an iconic 2km swim in Marina Bay. Dive into the freshwater reservoir, surrounded by glistening skyscrapers and picturesque bridges. The water
temperature is expected to be 29 degrees Celsius (wetsuits are not permitted). Large marker buoys will guide you around the 2 lap course.

With a usual water temperature of 28°C it’s almost certainly going to be a non-wetsuit swim.

The Bike

The bike course is 5 laps, beginning and ending at the iconic Singapore Grand Prix F1 Track.

Each lap has an aid station giving athletes five opportunities to top up on energy and hydration.

The Run

The 2 lap run course showcases iconic landmarks such as the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Art Science Museum, Gardens By The Bay, and Marina Barrage. Enthusiastic spectators and four aid stations along the way provide support and refreshments. 

Olympic Triathlon - COURSE

Swim (1.5km)

The Swim

You’ll start with a 1.5km swim in Marina Bay. Dive into the freshwater reservoir, surrounded by glistening skyscrapers and picturesque bridges. The water
temperature is expected to be 29 degrees Celsius (wetsuits are not permitted). Large marker buoys will guide you around the 2 lap swim course.  

With a usual water temperature of 28°C it’s almost certainly going to be a non-wetsuit swim.

The bike course is 4 laps. Each lap has an aid station giving athletes opportunities to top up on energy and hydration.

The Run

The run course is 2 laps and  showcases iconic landmarks. Enthusiastic spectators and aid stations along the way provide support and refreshments. 

Long Duathlon - COURSE

Run 1 (9km)

Run 1

Starting on the tarmac of the Singapore Grand Prix F1 Track you’ll begin your first run leg on the pitlane, through the paddock tunnel, and onto the luscious waterfront park tracks along the Kallang Basin. The course  showcases iconic landmarks such as the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Art Science Museum, Gardens By The Bay, and Marina Barrage. Enthusiastic spectators and four aid stations along the way provide support and refreshments. 

The Bike

The bike course is 4 laps. Each lap has an aid station giving athletes five opportunities to top up on energy and hydration.

Run 2

The second of the 9km runs takes the same route as run 1. Enthusiastic spectators and has aid stations along the way provide support and refreshments.

Standard Duathlon - COURSE

Run 1 (6km)

Run 1

Starting on the famed tarmac of the Singapore Grand Prix F1 Track you’ll begin your first run leg on the pitlane, through the paddock tunnel, and onto the luscious waterfront park tracks along the Kallang Basin. This first run is 2 laps.

 

The Bike

The bike course is 2 laps. Each lap has an aid station giving athletes five opportunities to top up on energy and hydration.

Run 2

The second run is just 3km to the finish.  

Youth Aquathlon - COURSE

The run course is 3km and  showcases iconic landmarks. Enthusiastic spectators and aid stations along the way provide support and refreshments.
