We’re excited to return on 25–26 April 2026 for another unforgettable weekend of multisport action in Singapore!

Set against the stunning backdrop of Marina Bay, the Singapore T100 offers a unique opportunity to race through the heart of the city on closed, landmark-filled roads. With both triathlon and duathlon events on offer, there’s a challenge for every athlete, whether you’re chasing a personal best or soaking up the thrill of the race atmosphere alongside thousands of fellow competitors.

WHEN IS THE RACE?

The Singapore T100 will be held on the 25-26 April 2025.

Participants must meet ALL the following criteria in order to race:

  • You must declare that you have completed at least two (2) open water swim races or events since January 1st 2024 via a checkbox during registration.
  • On race day, you must complete the 2000m course in under 1 hour 20 minutes (4 mins 0 secs per 100m). Athletes who fail to do this will be removed from the swim course.

Athletes will need to declare that you have completed at least two (2) open water swim races or events since January 1st 2024  during registration.

All athletes must declare that they have completed two (2) open water swim events or races by 23:59 SST Sunday 16 March 2026 or they will be automatically transferred to the Long Duathlon event and no refunds will be provided.

All athletes who don’t declare that they have completed two (2) open water swim events or races by 23:59 SST Sunday 16 March 2026 will be automatically transferred to the Long Duathlon event and no refunds will be provided.

You do not need to submit a new swim status declaration. If your swim certificate was approved before the new criteria were implemented, it remains valid.

No, there are no pre-requisites required to race in the Duathlon event.

WHAT IS THE NEW SWIM CRITERIA?

Yes, there will be mechanics available on race day for last-minute issues. However, please ensure your bike is in good working condition prior to attending the race.

Wetsuits are forbidden.

The course cut-off times for the 2026 100km Triathlon are to be confirmed. Pleas see cut off times from 2025 as a guide. This is based on a 7:00am race start.

● Swim course cut-off: First 200m must be completed in 5 min or less (slower athletes will be removed from the course)
● Bike course cut-off 13:10 (Athletes are not allowed to start a new lap after 12:30)
● Run course cut-off 15:10 (Athletes are not allowed to start another lap after 14:45)

100 km Triathlon - COURSE TBC

Swim (2km)

The Swim

You’ll start with an iconic 2km swim in Marina Bay. Dive into the freshwater reservoir, surrounded by glistening skyscrapers and picturesque bridges. The water
temperature is expected to be 29 degrees Celsius (wetsuits are not permitted). Large marker buoys will guide you around the point-to-point swim, which heads under the Benjamin Sheares Bridge towards the southeast before turning around and back under the bridge. You’ll then bear left past the ArtScience Museum before reaching transition in the shadow of the Marina Bay Sands hotel.

With a usual water temperature of 28°C it’s almost certainly going to be a non-wetsuit swim.

Athletes must be competent swimmers to participate in this event. During registration you will be asked to confirm that you have completed at least three (3) open water swims. You must also submit proof that you have completed an open water swim of distance of 1500m or greater since 1 January 2025 at a pace of 2min30sec per 100m or faster, (ie a time of 37min30sec for 1500m or 47min 30sec for 1900m).

This proof must be uploaded to your registration before 11:59 SST (GMT +8) on 17 March 2025. Valid proof includes finisher certificate or screenshot of a race result showing event date, athlete name, swim distance and swim time.

Note: On race day, athletes must complete the first 200m of their swim within 5 minutes. Athletes who fail to do this will be removed from the swim course.

The Bike

Then, start your engines for the 16km bike circuit, beginning and ending at the iconic Singapore Grand Prix F1 Track. The course features a 900m stretch from the
transition area to the start of the bike lap. You will complete five laps, totaling 700m of elevation gain. Each lap includes three ascents of Sheares Bridge, where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Singapore skyline. The first and steepest ascent comes 1.5km in. The lap finishes with a series of technical turns, followed by a fast 4km stretch on the ‘go-aero’ Nicoll Highway speedway. Expect smooth
tarmac with low rolling resistance throughout.

Each lap has an aid station giving athletes five opportunities to top up on energy and hydration.

The Run

The run starts of with a 1.6km stretch bridging from the F1 Track to the start of a 4.1km loop at the Bayfront Event Space. The scenic and flat loop, completed 4 times, on smooth pavement and tarmac, showcases iconic landmarks such as the

Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Art Science Museum, Gardens By The Bay, and Marina Barrage. Enthusiastic spectators and four aid stations along the way provide support and refreshments. Your journey will then end with a spectacular finish at the Bayfront Event Space, running under the same arch that the pro’s will cross.

Long Duathlon - COURSE TBC

Run 1

Starting on the famed tarmac of the Singapore Grand Prix F1 Track you’ll begin your first run leg on the pitlane, through the paddock tunnel, and onto the luscious waterfront park tracks along the Kallang Basin, all the way into transition. 

The out and back section in the park is on pavement and features an aid station serving both directions.

The Bike

Then, start your engines for the 16km bike circuit, beginning and ending at the iconic Singapore Grand Prix F1 Track. The course features a 900m stretch from the
transition area to the start of the bike lap. You will complete four laps, totaling 560m of elevation gain. Each lap includes three ascents of Sheares Bridge, where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Singapore skyline. The first and steepest ascent comes 1.5km in. The lap finishes with a series of technical turns, followed by a fast 4km stretch on the ‘go-aero’ Nicoll Highway speedway. Expect smooth
tarmac with low rolling resistance throughout.

Each lap has an aid station giving athletes five opportunities to top up on energy and hydration.

Run 2
